Talented performers with great voices, that's for sure. Simon might disagree but they all are, indeed, natural born singers. During each season we were able to get to know their personalities and life stories. They endured the American Idol auditions, long hours of practice, and as they ventured through the competition, made all kinds of American Idol news. When the American idol results were came in...they landed on top.

So with so much show success, so much going for them, and America loving them, why do they all seem to fade (with the exception of Carrie Underwood) as their season of competition becomes a season of the past? Things that make ya go hmmmmmm.
