7 Seasons ... 7 American Idols ... but who are the idols of the Idols? The Ultimate American Idols.
If there was a true American Idol Hall of Fame, Carrie Underwood is a shoe in. How can you keep the one real music star of the group out. Simple, you can't. But among the rest, who else do you think belongs in. It can be a difficult pick considering most of them have faded rather quickly since their season of American idol competition.
Let's establish some criteria for a fan based nomination.
- Must be an Idol for at least 2 years. This rules out picking American Idol winners of the last 2 years.
- Nominations are limited to the final 2 contestants of each year. This will eliminate any controversy of who the real American Idol should have been for any given season (ex: Ruben Studdard or Clay Aiken),
