American Idols

Wow, the season just ended, Mr. Cook has been in the hospital already, and the new season Auditions are already upon us. I am not sure what I want to keep up with ..... American Idols Live and the tour or the American Idol auditions. Each holds' its own entertainment value so its a tough choice. Actually, I think I will keep tabs on the auditions. At the risk of sounding shallow, watching people who have absolutely no business in an audition as they bomb in front of the judges is absolutely priceless. Then to handle rejection in a "less than professional manner" is the icing on the cake.

Now I am sure some of you may think that they deserve a ton of credit for getting up their and doing something that I never could, but to the contrary, I say the credit goes to those who are able to recognize and are at peace with the fact that they just can't sing so hence they would never put themselves in such a bad position.

I will give these poor souls this though, KUDO's for chasing your dreams. Just channel your chase towards something you are good at!

So what does everyone think .... to audition or not to audition? Would you or wouldn't you?

Oh, and before I forget, mark your calendars, opening auditions are JULY 17th. Those poor American idol judges. Well at least poor Paula and Randy.
